Darts World Championship 2024-2025
The 2025 Darts World Championship is just around the corner and promises exciting duels again in the legendary Alexandra Palace in London. The tournament begins on December 15, 2024 and ends with the final on January 3, 2025..
Tournament schedule and start times:
- December 15, 2024, 8:00 p.m.: Opening session with three games in the 1st round and one game in the 2nd round..
- December 16, 2024, 1:30 p.m.: Continuation of the 1st and 2nd rounds.
- December 16, 2024, 8:00 p.m.: Further matches in the 1st and 2nd rounds.
- December 17, 2024, 1:30 p.m.: Further games in the 1st and 2nd rounds.
- December 17, 2024, 8:00 p.m.: Continuation of the 1st and 2nd rounds.
- December 18, 2024, 8:00 p.m.: Conclusion of the 1st and 2nd rounds.
The exact pairings and other dates will be announced after the draw. For detailed information, it is advisable to consult the official channels of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC).
Broadcast::
In Austria, the games will probably be broadcast on Sport1 and DAZN. It is advisable to pay attention to the current program information of the broadcasters in order not to miss a game.
Participants:
The field of participants includes 96 players from different nations. The top 32 of the PDC Order of Merit are seeded for the 2nd round. The remaining 64 players will fight in the 1st round for entry into the next phase.
Prize money:
The total prize money is 2.5 million pounds sterling. The world champion will receive £500,000 and the finalist £200,000. The prize money for the other placings is staggered and can be viewed on the official PDC website.

DARTPROFI SHOWROOM EVENT
Due to the current situation, TARGET-UK has canceled the official dealer release launch in England for this year. This event has become an integral part of the European darts community.
In cooperation with TARGET-UK, Dartprofi is offering a special customer event as a replacement this year. On October 2nd, all * new TARGET darts will be presented in a small show event. The customer has the opportunity to be the first in Austria to attack and test all new items & of course to take them away.
For hygiene reasons, this dart test variant will only be possible at this event.
The event will take place directly in the Dartprofi showroom. Scheydgasse 48, 1210 Vienna from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
